Bow down to the Six Queens! Six the musical has taken off since its debut on the West End stage in 2019. Right now in 2023, the production is now being shown on Broadway, West End, UK Tour, North American Tour, South Korea, recently ended in Australia and has now been announced to reach Canada, Hungary and Poland. Six is a one-of-a-kind musical that will give you a piece of history in the best way possible, through music. Here are five fun facts that may surprise you!

  1. The six queens were inspired by today's artists
    Catherine of Aragon was inspired by Beyonce
    Anne Boleyn was inspired by Avril Lavigne
    Jane Seymour was inspired by Adele
    Anna of Cleves was inspired by Rihanna and Nicki Minaj
    Katherine Howard was inspired by Ariana Grande and Britney Spears
    Catherine Parr was inspired by Alicia Keys

  2. History was made, the director Lucy Moss became the youngest female to direct a musical on Broadway.

  3. The writers were still in University when they began creating the hit musical

  4. The show is a one-act show, so there are no intervals

  5. The musical first hit the stage when it premiered at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe in 2017

What's the story?

Catherine of Aragon, Anne Boleyn, Jane Seymour, Anne of Cleves, Catherine Howard, Katherine Parr.
